The Incorporated Town of Capitol Heights was incorporated in 1910 and is patroled by the Capitol Heights Police Department. The Capitol Heights Police Department can only respond to calls within the Incorporated Town of Capitol Heights boundaries. If there is an occurrence outside of those boundaries, please contact the Prince George's County Police Department for police response.
